Ashley Eisenman is a Boston-based painter and designer.
Born in Scranton, Pennsylvania, Eisenman's formative years spent in a blue collar mining town brought upon an acute awareness of human interaction in small communities.
The themes of American landscape, animal life and portraits appear in her current work and reflect whimsical and irreverent observations.
Eisenman studied Graphic Design at Luzerne County College and graduated Summa Cum Laude with an Associate of Science Degree in 2011. She currently works as a freelance illustrator and painter from her studio in Lowell, Massachusetts.
About the prints.
All prints are giclées (a fancy word that means a technology for fine art reproduction using a high-quality inkjet printer to make individual copies).
Simply put, the pieces are museum quality prints of Ashley’s original art, printed on watercolor paper with archival ink.
In addition, all pieces are hand-signed by Ashley, so your daughter can take one to Antiques Roadshow in 150 years. ;)
